For the Love of Shoulders
Hello! I took some time off and now I am back. Today, I wanted to give a gentle gift to friends that may have shoulder issues rather they just slept a little funny or if you have frozen shoulder. This sequence does work through Gomukhasana arms. I find it a good starter and warmup for not only that pose but also a good way to start a day. I hope you enjoy.
We have all been affected by COVID in some way or another. I spoke with a few friends that had experienced the symptoms and wanted to find a way to help.
