Root down, grow your spine, relax your jaw.
As we move through life, it is easy to fall into old habits. I get into a tense state and just start doing things without thinking about what I am doing. This not only affects my mind but also my body.
When I catch that, I have to remind myself to root my feet or my seat to the earth, raise my head to grow my spine, and finally relax my jaw. Better. Now you try.
P.S.: sometimes you cannot get your dog to let you teach any sort of meditation without him so he's part of today's video.
We have all been affected by COVID in some way or another. I spoke with a few friends that had experienced the symptoms and wanted to find a way to help.
